Classes can be only be transferred under special circumstances. Early cancellations can be credited back to your account and late cancellations (after the class starts) cannot be credited under any circumstances.

Class passes may be extended for a maximum of up to two months depending on package size. Additional extensions may be purchased for $5 per (additional) month.
