It’s First Ever KPOP Competition!

We’re excited to announce that this summer our studio will be hosting a competition adhered to
our KPOP students.

On August.24th performance teams that have passed the first round will participate in a live
performance, where they will be competing against other teams for the top prize of $1,250.
The top 30 teams selected will move on to the final round and will compete at the Alumnae
Theatre on August 24th

Entry for the competition: Please submit a video of your team performing the song you will be
competing with via the form provided on our website.

*The deadline to upload your team’s submission for Round 1 is Aug. 4th, 11:59 pm*

Competition Rules:

❖ Can submit either a boy group or girl group song.
❖ Video submitted has to be with the SAME members that will be competing on day
of competition.
❖ In the case of injury or illness, performance teams can have less members then
they originally submitted with but never more.
❖ Group has to have a minimum of five dancers. Competition will not be accepting
Solo submissions or groups with less than five.
❖ Groups are allowed to add a beginning choreo or a dance break. They can
choreograph their own or use the group’s choreo.
❖ The dance submitted must be a cover of a KPOP song/group. Groups like XG, or
subunits like WayV are permitted into the competition.
❖ If you submit a solo performance OR an entirely original choreography the
competition will not be accepting the submission.
